My rate is $140 per session.

Counselling and therapy services provided by a Registered Social Worker are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Many extended health insurance plans provide partial coverage for these types of services. Coverage levels vary based on the insurer. It is advised to check with your benefits provider to determine the level of coverage you have.

Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made via e-transfer only to brooke@brookehurley.ca. Upon receipt of payment, you will be provided with an official receipt that may be submitted to your benefits provider for reimbursement.
Missed appointments or late cancellations (inside of 24 hours) may be charged the full fee.

Registered social workers have specialized university education and must participate in continued professional learning and skills development to fulfil the requirements of their professional regulatory body, the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Making an appointment with a mental health professional can make some clients feel nervous. Taking the first step in seeking support is something you should be proud of. My goal is to create an environment that helps you feel comfortable and safe. In our first session, I will ask lots of questions and we will work together to develop specific goals for treatment.
